I don't know if you have seen the renovations and new buildings

happening on 4th St. around the Italian Village area but it is a

massive undertaking. Condos, old mills, and The Jeffery apartment

buildings. It looks pretty cool, and I appreciate the fact that the

builders are keeping the old shell of the building and refitting it

with new floors and windows. And, as I was driving home the other day,

I noticed a huge billboard ad for The Jeffery apartments, and it looks

just like the Anthropologie catalog. So I thought to myself, is it

going to be like that? A wonderful world of patterns, old

architecture, wood floors, and ornamentation - along with wallpaper,

sunlight, and beautiful old furniture?? Well, the website makes it

look like it. I am just glad the word carpet is not mentioned anywhere

- and surprised by the fact that the words concierge services are
