Republican Jeffrey Nickels To Challenge Democrat Stark County Recorder Rick
Campbell
A 29 year old Republican political newcomer from Massillon has filed
candidate petitions with the Board of Elections and will be
challenging Democrat Rick Campbell who is seeking his second full term
as County Recorder. No other Republican has obtained petitions or
filed petitions to challenge Campbell.
Jeffrey Nickels, Jr. is a 1997 Washington High School graduate who
attended Kent State University and the University of Akron. He
currently is employed by National City Bank in Beachwood, Ohio as a
Commercial Banking Customer Relationship Representative.
If Nickels campaigns hard he may be able to upset Campbell, who
